Two strikes against the Con, however. 1) There's no internet access, so our laptop payment machine is useless, and 2) last night the janitors threw away two boxes that we were storing under our table. Aside from the books and equipment that was thrown away, Zander no longer has his huge bag of Red Vines, which he had been meticulously letting air out so that they'd be at the peak of staleness during the con. Tears were shed by all.
I forgot my camera in the boat on my camping trip on Monday, so you're going to have to make do with drawings, like these:
Zander's doing gads of cool sketches, including this one which I managed to sneak back to the hotel room and scan before the buyer came back:
So far the best find of the con is Jeffrey Brown's "Incredible Change-Bots," which inspired at least part of this page of random drawings:
*As of Saturday afternoon I have seen zero wizards.

Great stuff, fellas...
BTW, from this, I would have some doubts that your stuff was necessarily thrown out:

I got rear ended on my way to the con. Tomorrow I will arrive with many red vines. Or possibly Twizzlers. By train. Nothing ever happens to trains and they run generally on time.

Donn -- I hope you're okay!
I'm fine. It's actually kind of comical. I get tired of waiting for a bus and decide to drive and then get billiard ball rear ended. Kind of a karmic comeuppance for lack of patience.
I will contemplate today's lesson.
oh, donn, we're not going to be there on Sunday...
Bah! Bah! Such luck...
I didn't get to come by the table until Sunday and saw you all were gone. That's what I get for messing around. Ah well, hope the show went well for you all.
Good to see you guys! Agreed, zero wizards, but we did get a Power Girl and two little kids dressed up as identical Flashes.
Hey, just wanted to drop by and say that my time talking with Zander was the highlight of the con(Sadly, Kevin wasn't there when my friend and I were bugging him). Thanks for the great comics. I'll be looking for you guys at the next one.
Bizarrobeachhead, I'm sure I had a good time talking with you, too, but I have to say there isn't a lot of helpful information in your photograph here in terms of remembering who you are.
In any case, hopefully I'll be at the next Chicago Con, and I hope to see you there. Whoever you are.
