New Floors!

Our landlord has stripped the aging, cracked lino off the hallway floors to uncover some gorgeous hardwood. Here's the wood BEFORE sanding...

Ahh!!! Best animated gifs evah.

I recently pulled up some old carpet in my studio, hoping there would be hardwood underneath, but I just found icky tiles. Very disappointing.
